MJ Bespoke Exterior Decorating
Not everyone has a painted property, exposed bricks and mortar is still a popular choice, but many homes in the UK are rendered or have a surface that is painted. Some houses have half, or a small part of the property rendered and painted – either way, it’s a good idea to keep up with the maintenance of painted walls.
Getting the walls repainted often is highly recommended for a range of practical and personal reasons, from protecting your house and extending the life of the walls, to simply making it stand out from the rest of the surrounding properties as you walk up to it.

Our go to exterior product for timber we use is the three part dulux weathershelid system, the first stage we apply weathersheld preservative primer to bare wood, This Primer penetrates deep into wood to seal and protect against water damage, decay and blue stain fungi.
Stage two we use weathersheild Flexi undercoat, This flexible undercoat is specially formulated for use on wood to resist cracking, providing the perfect base for your choice of Weathershield.
Top coat stage 3 this is the final step, your chosen final colour and finish is applied, which will make your property stand out from the rest, this will also protect the exterior from all elements for surfaces previously contaminated with Mould, Algae or Lichen, we use weathersheild multi purpose fungicide wash.
